I had the opportunity to hire Ankita through campus placement for a Quality Assurance role at WNS. She was assigned to a new transition project for an Insurance Specialty business that required a deep understanding of domain expertise and the client’s operations. Despite having no prior experience in this area, her curiosity and proactive approach drove her to spend significant time with stakeholders to grasp the intricacies of the Insurance domain.
Ankita quickly proved her capabilities, hitting the ground running within her first month. She adeptly coordinated with both internal and external stakeholders, creating documents and guidelines that were instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition. One of her standout strengths was her ability to remain calm and composed during a chaotic transition period, all while ensuring that critical deliverables were met.
